An issue was discovered that causes Word to fail to load a document that was double clicked on outside of Word.  Word starts up, but the document fails to load.  However, loading the document from within Word works.

Fix:  turn off the Saavvii startup popup.

How:  Type 'Saavvii options' in the Saavvii prompt.  Then make sure 'Display popup when Word starts' is off.

Why this works:  We noticed that simply displaying a popup before Word starts somehow interferes with its ability to load a document when you double click on a document externally.  We tried setting a delay on the popup, which worked in our testing, but I guess sometimes, especially on slow loads, the popup can get in there before Word loads the document.  Simply turning off the popup solves the problem.

Mitigating factors:  this occurs mostly on systems that load Microsoft Word slowly, especially those with a low amount of memory.
