DLL Won't Register

Hi,

When i install saavi it has an error about adxloader.dll wont register. so i used a dll register program to register it, which it did successfully. but when i start word i get the following error. can u tell me what to do to fix this? i am running vista ultimate 64 bit......thanks in advance.

The error is "cannot find a description for that error -2146232576"

Hi CFardon,

Unfortunately, the dll must be registered as part of the install - it runs a special script. If terminated early, the install is incomplete.

Which version of Office are you running on vista ultimate 64-bit?

Can you check if you have the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\My Documents\Add-in Express\adxloader.log' and post it here? It will contain a detailed log indicating the problem.

Hi, We dont have a documents and settings folder on vista.....any other folder i can look in? although i monitored changed files on install and i could not see a log created.

Ah yes, sorry - on Vista it should be in C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\Add-in Express.
